any tips on hats?

I'm transferring from an area that doesn't require hats to one that does, and I'm not a big hat person. I don't even have any hats that don't have a logo on them. What kind of hats do those of you who have to wear? Caps, fedora types, visors, ect? What gets in the way vs what doesn't? Thanks, from a barista who's strangely anxious about this specific part of transferring.
