New Build Experience

Looking at new builds and it seems that Cronkhite, Trendsetter, and Flintrock have some communities in the budget. Planning on 3-5 years so don't really want any huge fixes to be concerned about. Flintrock seems to have the best online reviews while trendsetter looks to be in the next up and coming area. Anybody have experience with them?
