Small, cheap Wedding Venues?

Does anyone know of any cheap non-outdoor wedding venues/wedding venue alternatives in or around the Springfield MO area?

We're having a small ceremony/reception with the guest count being around 30, and are aiming for sometime in the spring. We are trying not to spend thousands of dollars on the venue but we also don't want an outdoor wedding on the chance bad weather strikes.
