Space Marine Outriders - Ultras

Hey everyone, I was wondering how the Outriders fair right now for Ultras? Worth getting at 50-60% off, NOS? I can get a big discount on a Chaplain Outriders too, thoughts on him as well is appreciated.

I do have other things to paint, so they're not a high priority, unless useable or good to me. They're just cool to me.

I usually run Gladius, but will want to try Iron Storm and Vanguard at some point.
