Eliminators Loadouts

Just purchased Eliminators. What is the better loadout?

I'm thinking of equipping my Sergeant with the Instigator for Move Shoot Move (but tell me if I am wrong). But outside that, I've heard arguments for both Bolt Action (precision) and Las Fusils (strength 9, but swingy damage with D6).
