Tiny bugs in substrate

Hello everyone,

I noticed in the repti-bark that I got (not usually what I prefer for my snakes, I usually do cypress mulch but they were out) that there were tiny white bugs when I dumped out the substrate.

Are these harmful in any way to the snakes? I am reading that these might be harmless wood mites but I’m also very concerned for my snakes. I can not get more substrate for a few days and want to make sure that they will be ok.
