Reliable property agents do not exist anymore?

I need to urgently find a resale 2-room flat. Although I am familiar with the procedures provided on HDB website, my full-time job and part-time studies leave me no time to browse listings or set up multiple meetings with agents. Therefore, I want to hire an agent to fast-track the process. However, the agents I’ve spoken to so far either lack knowledge, are too pushy about getting me to sign their contract immediately the next day after meet-up, do a half-hearted job (asking me to look through listings myself/very slow replies), or are simply disinterested due to my low budget.
