Shopify terminated my account

For trademark infringement.

Basically due to the nature of my website “reselling” high end streetwear we get trademark infringement notices with brands suspecting we are selling counterfeit product purely on the basis that the product is sold out and would not be available on the market. Purely speculation and no evidence. I have resold over 2600 products with exactly the same concept with all our clients confirming our sales are authentic and genuine products.

Been on Shopify since 2021 and over the course of our site we have received a select few trademark infringement simply asking for the removal of select few products. Yes they only want a certain product removed and not our entire catalog of that brand. With no proof and just purely speculation and no research Shopify has closed down our store and the email has no information regarding an appeal. Simply states the store is offline and they will no longer be able to support our store. Absolutely devastated as this was our sole income so unsure how to challenge this. Surely different businesses should have a different format for these trademark infringements as some business in nature will likely get a few.

Any advice on what to do would be super appreciated. I’ve already replied back to the email from legal team via the official email.

But I’m just super confused as to how they made such a rash decision whereby it’s literally one product amongst 80 from the same company.
