I'm shocked and am I getting scammed? Lol

I see everyone asking "5000 riyal is enough? 10000 riyal is enough?" To live in Saudi Arabia. And here I am with a job as a visual designer getting 2000 riyal as salary with a 12 hour shift with accommodation in a room with 2 other people. I feel like I'm getting played at....hahahah...am I?
