Did I just find my dream job?

Tons of frustration in my current role, primarily with operationally not being able to deliver upon our promises post-sale, which means my wins about 40% of the time don’t convert into revenue. Many people internally seem focused on avoiding things that are challenging or “not scalable” while we continue to underperform as a company. Never meeting customers where they are, expecting them to mold to us.

Interviewing for a new company and recruiter states that they have a guiding mission that everyone not in sales, works FOR sales, with their prime goal of making it easier for sales to sell.
