Question for Stewards re: Do Not Disturb

I hope there is a Royal Caribbean Steward that can answer this question - If a passenger has their do not disturb sign up for days, is there a point at which you are required to enter the room? Are there certain circumstances where you must enter the room to check on the passenger?
