Melissa “casually” singing while filming

Does anyone get slightly embarassed in Season 3 when Melissa suddenly started singing Amazing Grace while they were actively filming? She was in closet then Joe shushes the kids. It makes me laugh.. She was prepping to become a star. Anytime I watch it or her singing I get a little uncomfy. I like Melissa, but when the big time producer came in and said essentially it was waste of his time..I feel thats when she gave up the dream.
