What is going on?! Piggy nose post op rhinoplasty

I am 2 weeks post op rhinoplasty. I look like a pig and it will not go away. They gave me a stereoid shot a few days ago to help with swelling because the tip is very swollen and my surgeon says that I have thicker skin. But l'm scared. Has anyone had this?
