Old Spanish Homework

This is from middle school, found it earlier and was laughing my ass off at it, thought someone else might get a kick out of it to. Mind you, there was no actual instructions to write any name down anyways. I also remember my teacher let us pick Spanish names for class and mine was “León”, so this was for sure a recurring thing.
