Games to play when I finish RDR2

Just finished RDR2 and need a new game to play that's similar. Looking for something that has a big story with side quests and stuff and people to talk to. I've played subnautica but the story was confusing and there was noone else so I just found it a bit boring. I like ark too but I'm want something with more story.

If anyone has ideas pls help :)
