Recurrent chemical miscarriage

I need advice I’ve had two chemical pregnancies in the past three months. Fell pregnant October - miscarried at 5 weeks early November Next cycle unsuccessful Then fell pregnant December - miscarried 3 days later at just over 4 weeks.

Over the last year my TSH levels have been rising. February 2024 = 3.2. June 2024 = 3.5. October + November 2024 = 3.7. My doctor diagnosed me with subclinical hypothyroidism but because all other thyroid panels came back normal she didn’t want to treat. Since the miscarriages, I’ve discovered that the optimum level for TSH is less than 2.5 when pregnant/trying to conceive. I’ve had radiation to my thyroid region back in 2015.

I’m currently getting a RPL done. I’ve requested to get AMH, FSH, LH, E2, prolactin, free androgen index, free testosterone, SHBG, DHEA-S, fasting blood glucose, fasting lipids, TSH, thyroid antibodies, T3, T4, antiphospholipid screen, antinuclear antibodies, karotype blood tests.

I see my doctors next week for the results and to request a referral to OB/GYN. I am thinking I’ll request to be put onto Levothyroxine to lower my TSH levels below 2.5. Im planning to take a day 21 progesterone blood test but also want to ask for her to order progesterone pessaries to take 3DPO in case I’m successful in pregnancy this cycle.

Any advice or direction would be great.
