How can I pass through the interview?

Whenever I do interviews, I try to give answers based on the question provided and I try to provide one where I used some of my skills in various scenarios.

But I feel like it’s like a game where I’m trying to impress them. I don’t know what they’re thinking: Do they like me? Do they hate me? Do they think I’m condescending?

This is something that irks me a lot. Is there a way to be better at interviews? Or am I just stuck in a never ending cycle?
