Oil changes.

21 XLE, I got the car with full synthetic already in it. It is my understanding once you go full you have to stay full synthetic. Also reading that full synthetic you “CAN” go up to 10k miles between oil changes.

So I got it changed at around 10k from the last change, most of the miles between this oil change were before I owned it.

Shocked at the cost of around 100$ US for the oil change, also the more I read and talk to people, just because you “can” doesn’t mean you should go 10k between oil changes. Most people saying do 5k-7.5k max between changes. Thoughts ?
