Any AMD content creators out there? - Radeon for content creation

Hello everybody! Planning on doing an upgrade to my pc but the one thing that is holding me back as of now is the content creation capabilities of Radeon gpus. 9070 xt is said to have better encoding for recording and streaming but that is sadly out of the question for as it is not available (at least not at a reasonable price) in my area. For me it is between rx7900 and 9070 (non xt). I want to do gaming among other things.

What are your experiences?
