Is the Red Thread Institute a legit place to learn Taoism, Qigong, etc?

They seem to offer all kinds of online courses, ranging from Qigong to Neidan and TCM.

The founder claims to be a Practising doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine, a Licensed physician in the US and China and an ordained Daoist teacher within the Quánzhēn 全真 Dàoist lineage (Lóng ménpài 龙门派) (head abbot of the Temple of the Luminous Heart (明心宫).

If anyone has any information about this organization, it would be much appreciated.
