PTCE Practice Bank

So late last year I purchased the PTCE practice bank from the PTCB website itself (which was instrumental in me passing the exam) but haven’t used it since passing the exam. Now I have a friend who wants to get certified and I logged in to show him the practice bank but I can’t find access to it anymore. Does anyone know if the link to it expired after passing the exam or has it moved somewhere? I reached out to customer service but they never reached back out via email
