Can I take this with my Prozac?

I look up the name and brand and google AI says it’s okay, but when I look up the nasal decongestant it says it can cause serotonin syndrome. I pretty much avoid anything that will potentially cause serotonin syndrome but now it’s getting to the point where it’s almost everything! I need sinus help 😬
