F/32/5’9 [207 > 182 = 25lbs lost] 8 months

Finally down my first 25 pounds. Still have a ways to go as 145 is my final goal but I’m so glad to see progress, even if it’s not as quickly as I would like. After having my first baby in April 2023 I’m starting to feel back to myself in my body and it’s making all the hard work feel so much sweeter. Doing a combo of CICO, IF, walking everyday and weight training a few days a week.
