Search Fund PPM

Hi everyone, I’m conducting research on Search Fund Private Placement Memorandums (PPMs) and working on articulating one myself. If anyone has sample PPMs, drafts, or templates they’d be willing to share (even redacted versions), I’d really appreciate it. Any guidance or resources would also be helpful. Thanks in advance!
