3rd tri—what’s your sleep setup?

Pillow between knees? Behind back? Do you try to support your belly somehow? Has anyone figured how to avoid waking up at 3am with sore hips?

1) Recliners and sleeping on the couch seems like a big winner for easing hip pain and getting more back support

2) Exercises for hip/back strength—some reading suggests that hip pain is often from hips loosening in preparation for childbirth. Cat/cow was recommended here. (This is where I’m going to be focusing my time this week!)

3) Stretching before bed—love this. Exercise ball suggested here.

4) Flipping u-pillow upside down to separate legs all the way down to feet.
