What they don’t tell you about birth…

I just gave birth to my 3rd child today so I don’t understand how I keep forgetting about it.

But… nobody prepares you for the contractions after birth of your uterus going back to pre pregnancy size. If it’s your first, chances are they won’t be that bad.

But, let me tell you when it’s your 3rd, they hurt the same as the ones I felt this morning before my water broke and spiraled me from 3cm to 10cm in 2 hours.
