Refund policy makes no sense

I recently bought a game that turns out it has quite a few bugs and crashes repeatedly. I checked online and seen other users experienced this as well. I contacted PlayStation about this and they said oh because you already downloaded it we cant refund you?? Like i get they have a policy but wtf am i meant to do if a game is buggy? magically know its gonna be buggy before i even download they game. I Swear these guys are fucking stupid. Any tips on how to get a refund guys?
