Flares being used as countermeasure against SAM sites

It would be a nice way to give flares an actual purpose, if you are flying, and a sam site start to fire at you, you could use flares as defense against the rockets.

Not too op, as you should have a ton of them to survive a fully charged sam, but good enough to survive a couple of shots.
