Yellowing Monstera

Hi all, my monstera started to show some serious yellowing starting 2 weeks ago. I originally thought it was an old leaf not being needed anymore, but now the yellowing is beginning to on the larger leaves up top. Any thoughts? I can guarantee it’s not over watering, however I do feel my soil isn’t as chunky and aerated as preferred. The plant gets indirect sunlight for about 7 hours a day + a grow light occasionally.
