Anyone bought a verse from Project Pat?

I know he's been selling verses on IG for like 10 years, but I saw him specifically mention Phonk producers in a post last week. I was wondering if any of y'all had bought a verse from him in the past and what your experience was. Also, what does he charge? I hit him up some years back and I think it was like 1k or $1500 then. As probably the most sampled Memphis OG, I am surprised that I don't hear more original verses from him on stuff.
