I bought an aquarium and it’s cracked

I bought one of those TopFin 29 gallon tanks 2 weeks ago. I took it out of the packaging and already threw that out. I went to fill it up today and it started leaking from a crack in the top corner. I bought it through the app, am I still able to return this?? I never dropped it or anything :(
