Just got this game, any suggestions to make it better like using mods and what not?

It took me a couple minutes to make this photo that’s sort of why I’m asking. I see a lot of people make even crazier things on here with ease but I still don’t understand how. It’s so hard to place things in a specific place and freeze them immediately. The list of weapons isn’t that big, no drugs, and not much to choose from. Can I like get a bunch of mods that add new items and make it more realistic ?
