PC sometimes crashes right into bios

So i upgraded my new PC to a 9800x3d in mid january, but have some crashing issues.

Bios is updated
Crashes like once every 3 days instantly into the bios or windows :(-bluescreens before hand.
when in bios saving and rebooting just brings me back to bios after a short black loading screen
i have to hard turn off the PC via holding the power button, then turn it on. Thats how i get to windows 11 again
i tried turning on and off EXPO and also the bios' "CPU game boost". did not help

its not a huge issue but still, since these bios crashes are somewhat frequent i thought i'd be better off asking for help
