Which class?

Background: i don't know if it matters or not, but I have around 800 hours in poe1, of which 100 in HC. I played HC last league and had so much fun (even with deaths and setbacks) I had fun.

Now back to poe2 I only played a little each class got them to like 10 or so ( finished Lachlann) and here what I like and don't like (never finished act 1)

I struggled with monk, and warrior but had fun with melee. Had fun with merc, but as console player (and old) is was but difficult for me to change weapon/skill, aim and shoot, same with ranger but in lesser of a degree (part of weapon change) Witch was kinda the strongest, but least fun for me. And sorc well let's say I couldn't do it 😅( the only one couldn't reach lvl 10)

So out of warrior, monk, merc or ranger which would you recommend for me to play in HC and start playing the game? And any tips?
