Is it possible to OE business roles? (user experience/customer experience/marketing)

I'm about to start a 2 year contract in that space. It's my first ever job and pays a lot for a junior role (100k).

I am 100% in it for the money, I have no passion for it. After the contact I plan to buy property and work towards r/FIRE.

Is there anyone OE'ing these roles that can offer me advice?
