14900k hitting 89° while gaming

Hey everyone. I have been having extreme crashes lately with my 14900k in the past 3 months randomly. I decided to investigate.o would get random restarts, blue screens and black screens that made my xomputer unresposive. I couldnt even play any high demanding game without my computer crashing. I reinstalled windows and same issue. I decided to try undervolting and these were my settings I have pl1 and pl2 set to 253w. PCores set to 55, Ecores at 44. 400w max voltage. Undervolting at -0.070 offset. Temps idle around 35-45 while doing basic browsing but when it comes to have load games like pubg or delta force they stay at 88-89°

These are the following specs. Bios up to date. Windows freshly installed.drivers from gpu and Intel all installed and up to date as well. Z790 hero 1000w power supply ( evga p2) 14900k Contact block for better thermals Artic Freeze 420 aoi 64gb ram at 6400mhz(not running xmp due to issues I have had in the past with games). Preferred running at stock.

I am using Intel extreme tuning utility instead of bios and i also set that in bios to use Intel tool.

Also one major issue is i randomly get black screens and computer is unresponsive. I have to restart whole computer in order to use it again. Happens every other day once a day.

For now I don't have any issues other then the random black screen making my computer unresponsive once in a while but I wanted to know if my computer is running too hot and will it cause cpu degradation?

Thanks in advanced
