Cypher RLHF Locale

I just started working on Cypher, and I keep getting the English-New Zealand language, but I live in Canada. Do people normally get t from different English regions? I'm sure I can manage coming up with prompts that match locale, but I'm not sure if they meant to contact QM about not matching language if it's a different locale, or like a completely different language like Spanish. I can't contact QM anyway because I have no access to the community and no word from support.
