I genuinely don’t know what to do

I just saw a notification that I missed exactly 2 weeks ago telling me that my account is under review due to community guidelines violations, my biggest assumption is that I’ve been flagged for leaving tasks active while browsing other websites, but I have to browse websites to get reference texts. Is that not a part of the job? Do I have to pause the timer while browsing and only unpause when I’m on the outlier tab? This is scary because I’m worried I’ll just get booted off out of nowhere.
