How to actually reach support?
I’m not really sure what the issue is with my account, but I reached out to a QM about why I couldn’t continue onboarding for the project, and she said it was because my account was missing “worker skills.” I found that weird because I was able to onboard for other projects with no issue before, and this project wasn’t going through a pause or EQ when I initially reached out. QM said to contact support about it, which I’ve had zero progress with. I’ve opened multiple tickets, with responses being templates, irrelevant information, or the ticket being closed for no reason.
Is there any trick to getting an actual person on the ticket? I even attached a screenshot of what exactly the QM told me in the tickets, but it’s probably getting ignored.
