How many times do you get up to pee?

Hi oura gang. I’m 33F, and just this year I’ve been getting up to pee in the middle of the night, once, sometimes twice—not every day but often. I hate that this happens, is it an age thing?

I drink about 3L of water a day and I go to the toilet often, especially before I go to sleep.

Why does this happen? Am I a senior now?
