Is This Bad

I have not wore my day retainers (clesr retainers) and night retainers (NORMAL ones with a metal wire) for like 3 months since I lost them. I Found Them yesterday and the night ones r fine the clear ones r kind of off I had braces for 4 years. did my teeth shift. If so do i need to redo braces
