Need teammates

I don’t play everyday but whenever I do I don’t want to play with randoms as majority of them leave mid game once they lose gulag reason why I want actual decent players who can carry themselves and work as a team and don’t rage quit, those who know their way around the map and can at least 1v2 every now and then. Preferably a sniper support would be nice. Big map main only!
