My surgical float manager said that my orientation would only be 5 days?

I’m new grad nurse and just got my license last month. This was the first interview. It got rushed very quickly.

My future employer said you will get 5 days of orientation to the unit. I thought thats enough since orientation to me was just telling what’s where and said okay on the interview but then I read reddit and found out that people were explaining what orientation actually is and why even 2 weeks of orientation is not enough for many new grads.

What should I do? I got this job after 5 months of actively applying? 🙁
