New grad in a SNF?

Hi guys. I’m having trouble getting into a new grad program and I am at my wits end. I’m tired of doing this dance with HR/recruiters/managers and need a job soon. Anyways, after so many rejections and no call backs….if I end up working at a SNF, am I doomed to get stuck working there? The goal is to work at a hospital and get my NP later down the line so if I get stuck at a SNF I don’t see that happening.
