MedusaJS users, any complaints?

Hello,

I'm about to start a new project which will use MeudsaJS for the backend. Has any of you faced any issues or bugs or anything that would let me change my mind? I'm being pretty careful about it because there is no comeback once I start this. Thanks a lot everyone in advance!
