First Time Campaign Van Saar List

So after finally getting a few (literally, about 3 people...) together to actually try and do a long-form Necromunda campaign, I've gone out of my way to try and prep my Van Saars as best I can. This is my starting roster I'm planning to throw at the start, with the main idea of keeping the Archaeotek towards the back (to keep Fixer viable) while essentially locking down areas of the board with covering fire and my few close-combat focused guys. I plan to eventually pick up a few teks specifically with energy shields and lascarbines for that reason, as well as give pistol subteks melee weapons like knives or shock staves.

TL;DR how bad of an idea is this setup and what should I be looking out for with this setup versus (likely) Escher and Orlock?

Prime - Flak Armor, 2x Laspistol, Gunfighter
Archaeotek - Rad Beamer, Flak Armor, Fixer, Torsonic Alpha (his free augment)
Augmek - Shock Stave, Plasma Pistol, Flak Armor, Medicae
Neotek - Lasgun, Energy Shield
Tek Specialist - Grav Gun, Laspistol
Subtek - Lasgun
Subtek - Lasgun
Subtek - Laspistol
