Looking for a retrain Deployment/Mobilization

How to find units that are retraining their soldiers for a mobilization? I’m currently looking to expand my my MOS’s list given that my current one 13B is pretty is very limiting in opportunities (none on MOBCOP for 13B’s like ever). However I know some units have had their guys get cross trained (my unit in 2018 and a Oregon unit recently in ‘24 13B-> some 14 series) into another mos for a deployment/mobilization. How would I go about finding these units?
