Clarence- good or bad

My great grandpas name was Clarence and I love it, but my husband says if we name a baby that, he will get mad fun of because of the movie eight mile. I don’t think he would get made fun of for such an old movie, but wanted to touch base with some people to see if my husband is right. Do you immediately think of that movie when you hear the name Clarence?
