Man caught robbing from a boy

In mumbai a man was caught who was trying to rob from a teen in broad daylight. He was trying to extort ₹5000 to ₹6000 from a boy by threatening him with a blade thinking no one saw him. But a guy on a bike passing by saw him and luckily saved the boy. Is this really what has become of our city?
