took first dose yesterday and fainted..?

hey all! just started with mounjaro last night and wondering if anyone else fainted like immediately after they did their first injection. it was the weirdest thing, i felt fine while injecting at first but then started to slowly feel dizzy and woke up on the floor. i am usually good with needles so not sure what happened, feel totally fine now but still bizarre
